- Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
- Drive performance through positive coaching and feedback.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, cash management, and ensure appealing product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Assist the Retail Manager in all aspects of store operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Pre-Requisites :

- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a KPI-driven store.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate team members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
