What you will be doing :

  • Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction.
  • Process title, review title commitments, conduct closings and issuance of title policy / policies.
  • Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner.
  • Provide superior customer service in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and core values.
  • Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately.
  • Assist and support other client team members with pre-closing and post-closing duties, as necessary.
  • Additional duties as may be assigned by management based on business needs.

    • Experience you will need :

  • Alabama Title Insurance License (preferred).
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using tact, patience, and courtesy.
  • Ability to organize and efficiently prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments while subject to interruption.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and technology skills : Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    • Salary : $50,000 - $70,000 / year
