What You Will Be Doing

Use Solid Modeling CAD software (Creo or Solidworks) to create models, drawings, and bills of materials for plastic injection molds.

Perform part model analysis, calculate mass properties, and conduct interference checks using CAD software.

Design molds for injection and structural foam processes, incorporating parting line splits, cooling, ejection, and mechanisms.

Ensure mold designs are cost-effective to manufacture and robust for customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure designs meet specifications and performance standards.

Experience You Will Need

Education : High School Diploma and progress toward an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; OR a combination of education and one year of relevant experience / training.

Proficiency with Solid Modeling CAD software (e.g., Creo or Solidworks).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A passion for safety and the ability to teach and mentor others for success.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven personality.

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000 / year
