What are the responsibilities and job description for the Panel Assembly Specialist position at RBB Systems?
The Panels Specialist is responsible for building and testing various industrial control panels (cabinets) according to customer specification and RBB guidelines.
Core Duties:

- Interpret electrical schematics and assembly drawings.
- Machine panels and enclosures from assembly drawings.
- Mount and wire parts according to schematic.
- Test panels.
- Remain current with new components and wiring techniques.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical/Trade education in a related field highly preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in control wiring.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Familiar with integration and controls industries
- Working knowledge of electrical components, motor controls, relay logic, PLC operation.
- Work well both independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Collaborate with engineers on in-process changes.
- Interpret procedures, layouts.
- Solder wire harnesses.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
