Inside Sales Representative
Your passion for data integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and drive to close a deal make you the ideal candidate for this role. Following up with clients is what it often takes to bring the deal across the finish line.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for lead generation through creative measures including cold calling
- Responsible for quote process up to purchase order
- Responsible for daily input of client requests for quotes within a given time frame
- Lead best-in-class customer experience through all contact touchpoints
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity between customer documents and internal systems
- Support Regional Sales managers on managing the opportunity pipeline
- Collaborate with Customer Solutions Representatives to ensure data accuracy for sales orders
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of proven success in lead generation
- Proven mindset of continuous improvement
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for working with numbers
- Ability to have proficiency with our products
- A high level of professionalism through team interactions
- Competence in using CRM/ERP tools such as Zendesk and Netsuite
- Self-motivated with a strong orientation towards achieving and exceeding performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
