Title: Mortgage Loan Booking Specialist

Position Summary: Responsible for booking closed residential loan packages, processing payoffs from investors and other clerical duties.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for booking closed mortgage loans.
• Processing investor payoffs.
• Assist with HMDA Review and Reporting
• Other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Experience Required: Financial organizational skills and financial information understanding. Previous banking experiences with an understanding of loan documents preferred. Experience with Encompass considered a plus.

Education, Certifications and Specialized Training: High school diploma or GED
