RCS Moving, LLC is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our team. This role is heavily focused on billing and customer job input.
A successful Commercial Account Manager should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers regarding specifics of commercial moving jobs. Oversee accounting functions and manage accounts web based software. Input of all commercial jobs into web based software. Oversight of monthly commercial storage billing. Oversight of off-site equipment ensuring all customers are billed, and all equipment is returned
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in business analysis or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Experience creating detailed reports
- Competency using Microsoft Office Suite
- A track record of following through on commitments
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
