- Deliver individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) with an emphasis on weight management to help clients achieve sustainable weight loss
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients' nutritional needs and develop personalized weight management plans
- Educate clients on effective strategies for sustainable weight management, behavior modification, and lifestyle enhancement.
- Monitor client progress and adapt care plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client care
- Maintain accurate and current client records utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Current state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or weight management settings
- Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Experience in telehealth or virtual client management.
- Specialized certifications in weight management, behavior change, or related fields.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques.
