THE BASICS
Pay: We offer $28 - $32 per hour, with all the tools you need to succeed.
Schedule: As a full-time Hardscape Foreman, you'll enjoy a schedule that fits within our business hours of 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The shifts may vary depending on the day's needs, but you'll always report to a central location before heading out to your job site/service area.

YOUR DAY AS A HARDSCAPE FOREMAN
Each day as a Hardscape Foreman will have you leading a team in creating high-quality hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. You'll be in charge of coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll operate machinery and oversee the masonry work while providing hands-on leadership to your crew. Your team will look to you for guidance, and you'll make sure every task is completed safely and efficiently, with a keen eye for detail. Your role will be vital in executing our vision for every project, and your leadership will ensure everything runs smoothly.

- Experience in hardscaping and leading a team
