QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 Years of customer service experience
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Your communication skills are top-notch.
- Attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills.
- Navigate CRM software and lead tracking systems with ease.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented
