Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time contract role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, utilizing their real estate license and expertise to assist clients in buying and selling real property. The role will involve conducting sales activities, such as prospecting, lead generation, and negotiations. While this is a hybrid role located in Clifton, NJ, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License, with knowledge and understanding of real estate laws and regulations
- Experience in sales, with a focus on real estate
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property types
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with real estate software and platforms
