- TB Test with negative results or willingness to be tested.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Minimum one year of experience in caregiving (home care, hospital, or nursing home settings).

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Care: Follow the care plan to deliver safe, compassionate personal and medical care.
- Report Changes: Notify the Nurse Supervisor of any changes in client condition or behavior.
- Communicate Clearly: Update the Staffing Coordinator about schedule changes, time off, or status updates.
- Transport Clients: Drive or accompany clients to appointments/activities using their vehicle if needed.
- Follow Schedules: Confirm monthly schedules to ensure consistent care coverage.
- Support Daily Living: Help with hygiene, mobility, meals, shopping, housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Handle Emergencies: Act promptly in emergencies and inform necessary parties.
- Take Initiative: Perform other duties as needed to support clients and the agency.
