We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our Northeast Florida team. Position Summary:
(Must have a camera capable of HDR Bracketing and minimum of 16mm zoom lens)
In this role, you’ll be responsible for capturing stunning visuals of residential and commercial properties — inside and out. Your work will help real estate agents stand out in a competitive market and attract the right buyers. You’ll also play an important role in delivering an excellent client experience from start to finish. Prior photography experience is a plus, but we’re open to training the right candidate.
Your tasks:
- Photograph and/or film properties, highlighting key features and layout through high-quality photography, video, drone shots (Part 107 certification required within 1 week of hire), 3D tours, and floor plans.
- Arrive on time and help prepare properties to ensure they’re ready for a professional shoot.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and deliver on expectations.
- Follow our systems and standards to ensure consistent quality across all media.
- Upload all media promptly after each shoot and include clear notes for our editing team.
- Take charge of your schedule and increase your earnings by taking on more shoots.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, reliability, and a team-first mindset.

Availability:
We’re looking for someone with open availability Monday–Friday during business hours. Ideal candidates will be available around 15-30 hours per week and open to occasional evening or weekend projects.
Set your own schedule — the more you work, the more you can earn. (as schedule permits)
Compensation:
- Starting at $25/hour for on-site work.
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile.
- Part-time with potential for full-time hours based on performance and seasonal demand.

Northeast Florida
- Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Flagler, Volusia, and Nassau Counties.
