Real House, Inc. is a premiere integrated healthcare provider, providing a host of treatment and supportive services to men and women throughout New Jersey. We are seeking a driver to transport clients.

- Maintain the vehicle log manual and document mileage and locations of each trip take
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle
- Ensure that all passengers enter and exit the vehicle safely
- Ability to find directions / destination via internet / GPS / Telephone Director
- Ability to operate vehicle ( 15 passenger van )
- Maintain regular checks on the company vehicles and report malfunctions to the managements as soon as possible
- Need to have thorough knowledge of the roadways in and around the city
- Assist in cleaning of all buildings ( i.e. sweeping, mopping, empty trash, cleaning windows)
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners
- Flexible hours Monday - Friday
In-depth knowledge of:
NJ Driving Rules and Regulations;
- CPR and Basic First Aid
- Effective Communication Skills
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for product usage
Required:
Must have a valid NJ driving license. Maintain clear driving record 4pt or less. You must be willing to undergo a criminal background check, and alcohol and drug testing.
