The Entry Level Client Sales Representative will spearhead field-based sales (door-to-door) and business-to-business outreach initiatives to support customer acquisition and expansion goals. This role also includes tracking progress, evaluating program performance, and transitioning into a leadership role over time.
This is a commission-based position with performance-based bonuses. Successful representatives are goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable engaging directly with the public.
Entry Level Client Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong face-to-face relationships with customers to increase product sales and customer loyalty.
- Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing and field outreach.
- Manage and qualify incoming leads, converting prospects into customers efficiently.
- Support the implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue and brand presence.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide updates and insights to senior management.
Entry Level Client Sales Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of experience in sales, marketing, business, or management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with sales and business fundamentals is beneficial for effective strategy development.

Compensation & Position Details:

- Estimated Earnings: $48,000 - $55,000/year based on completed appointments

- Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 40–50 hours per week
