Real Property Associates was founded in 1991, back when the people of Seattle wore flannel, drank fancy coffee, and were fanatical about a Seattle sports team. A lot has changed since then… wait a minute.
Well, RPA has changed. Starting with just two employees, we have grown to over 50 full-time professionals and nearly 4,300 residential and commercial rental properties in the greater Seattle area. We are looking to hire an exceptional Leasing Agent to show and lease residential properties in the greater Seattle area. This person will provide an essential service, beginning the relationship between RPA and the tenant, a relationship that can last years. The person who will succeed in this role will be someone excited to engage in their community and provide exceptional customer service in every encounter with tenants.

Hustle: We hustle with a purpose.
Steady: We are steady as we grow.
Integrity: We are honest and fair.
