As a Leasing Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our property management company. You will be responsible for various tasks related to residential leasing and general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position goes from April- September and is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a summer job!!
Responsibilities:
- General Support:
- Assist property managers and administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
- Perform errands, such as picking up and placing lockboxes, checking on property conditions, performing property evaluations, as well as other duties as assigned.
- Support with property-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in property management or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using basic computer software and mobile applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
