Benefits and Perks 

We offer hourly compensation targeting the 50th percentile for Lehi, UT, with a salary range of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. Additional perks include: 

• A 4-day workweek (4x10 schedule, Monday-Thursday, preferred 7 am - 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch).

Key Responsibilities 

In this full-time role reporting to the Brand Manager, you'll focus 100% on customer service, handling high-volume interactions to build lasting relationships and drive satisfaction. Key duties include: 

• Serving as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone (~55/wk), email (~60/wk), social media, and in-person, delivering world-class service to create lifelong RRS fans. 
• Processing sales orders, offering personalized product recommendations, resolving complaints, and providing technical support for our camera and precision rifle equipment. 
• Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP), updating knowledge base articles, and logging issues for efficient escalation and follow-up. 
• Occasionally attending trade shows (up to 2 weeks/year, e.g., Western Hunt Expo in Salt Lake City), where you'll demonstrate products, engage customers, and assist with booth setup. 

Qualifications and Requirements 

Must-Haves: 

• Associate’s degree or 2 years of professional experience in customer service (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or product support). 
• Passion for the photography and/or precision rifle industry. 
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to explain technical details clearly. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks, switch efficiently in a resource-limited environment, and maintain a team-oriented, eager-to-learn attitude. 
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented. 
• Professional fluency in English. 
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check. 
• Willingness to relocate to Lehi, UT. 

Desired Skills: 

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, NetSuite, Asana, Masset, BigCommerce, and Microsoft Office. 
• Experience managing high-volume inbound inquiries in sales/support settings. 
• Leadership experience. 
• Professional knowledge of digital camera and/or precision rifle systems.
