Duties & Responsibilities
- Executing project scope within time frame allotted, within budget required, and upholding superior client satisfaction and communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers as requested to initialize and manage projects.
- Anticipating the needs of the project/client and creating applicable plans for catering to those unique needs.
- Delegating tasks of the project to correct departments following SOP guidelines as determined by Operations Management.
- Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Maintaining consistent project knowledge through stages of production in order to effectively communicate updates to C-Suite level executives.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed, and effectively communicating any changes back to the client in a professional manner.
- Actively engaging in all stages of project development, fabrication, and installation ensuring prompt and proper information is provided throughout the process.
- Manage scheduling of individual installations including coordination and negotiations with outside contractors.
- Minimum 3yrs experience in Project Management
- Signage experience strongly preferred.

Salary : $25 - $35
