Delivery Coordinator / Client Delivery Support (East Coast US – Remote)
Our client is expanding its delivery presence in the United States and is hiring a Delivery Coordinator to support client-facing delivery engagements with large, global financial services organisations.
This role sits at the intersection of delivery, operations, and client coordination. It is a hands-on position focused on maintaining delivery momentum, ensuring visibility for clients, and acting as a bridge between delivery teams and client stakeholders across time zones.
This will be the first delivery-focused hire in the US and will work closely with established delivery teams based internationally.
The Role
You will support active client engagements by coordinating delivery activity, tracking progress, and ensuring clear, timely communication between internal teams and client stakeholders.
This is not a senior delivery manager role. It is an execution-focused position suited to someone comfortable operating close to delivery teams, managing updates, and engaging confidently with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily and weekly client stand-ups alongside delivery teams
- Join internal delivery stand-ups and follow up on actions and blockers
- Maintain delivery tracking and updates across Jira or similar tools
- Act as a first point of contact for client queries during US business hours
- Proactively follow up with internal teams to gather progress updates
- Communicate delivery status, priorities, and next steps to clients
- Support delivery reporting across multiple workstreams
- Assist with coordination of training programmes and delivery activity
- Occasionally support onsite client activity such as programme kick-offs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in delivery coordination, implementation, project coordination, or client delivery support
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Jira or similar delivery and ticketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working with changing requirements and client-driven priorities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Commercial awareness and understanding of client expectations
- Experience supporting enterprise or regulated clients is an advantage
