Commercial Property / Asset Manager

Realty Management Partners is a leading property management company supporting the needs of investors, condominium associations, multifamily and , commercial property owners and owner/occupiers looking for professional facilities management services; we have an opportunity for yet another talented individual to join our team to manage properties in Southern NH

This is a full-time, on site role for a Commercial Property Manager located in Manchester NH. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial properties, including overseeing lease administration, conducting lease negotiations, and ensuring property compliance with lease agreements and local regulations. Knowledge of construction processes or willingness to learn would be helpful.

Key duties also include maintaining positive relationships with tenants, managing property maintenance and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Additionally, the individual will monitor property budgets, financials, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

· Lease Administration and Lease Negotiation Skills

· Strong Communication skills

· Experience with Leases and Property Management

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Proficiency with property management software and financial management

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field

· NH/MA Real Estate License and Experience in Commercial Property Management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
