The Agent Services Lead (ASL) serves as the central point of support, training and guidance for real estate agents within the Realty One Group Unlimited brand. This role is responsible for helping agents navigate the daily realities of real estate – from contracts and compliance to business planning and brokerage systems – ensuring they have the resources, knowledge and encouragement needed to succeed.This position supervises the Agent Administrator(s), ensuring alignment between training, compliance and administrative systems. Working closely with the New Agent Coordinator, Recruiter and Broker of Record, the ASL is there to help maintain a culture of professionalism, productivity and service excellence within the brokerage. Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Support & DevelopmentServe as the primary contact for experienced agents (or those who have graduated from the Launch Program) regarding daily transactional and operational questions.Provide ongoing guidance and coaching on contracts, systems, compliance and brokerage procedures.Facilitate weekly One Chat to share market insights, best practices and business-building strategies.Lead training schedule and ensuring execution of trainings on brokerage systems, programs, and industry topics to support agent success across team.Direct agents towards brokerage offerings, including local ancillary services, training & development, technology systems, as well as national Realty One Group programsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, MLS systems, and brokerage platforms to provide accurate information and advice.Ensure proper escalation to Broker of Record on legal and transactional issues, when required.Onboarding & RetentionPartner with the Recruiter and Agent Administrator to deliver smooth onboarding and experiences for new and transferring agentsMonitor agent engagement and retention metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and additional support.Operational ExcellenceSupervise and support the Agent Administrator(s) in managing compliance documentation, office facilities, check deposits/printing, technology onboarding, and transaction coordination processes to ensure consistent & high-quality deliveryReview and ensure compliance on incoming contracts uploaded into transaction management system, ensuring all transaction files meet brokerage and legal standardsMonitor and report on agent participation, training attendance, and program outcomes and participate in troubleshooting to drive engagement.Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and agent experience.Collaboration & CultureFoster a positive, productive and growth-oriented culture within assigned office-locations that matches overall core values of Realty One Group UnlimitedWork with leadership team to align support, training and communication initiatives across offices Qualifications3 years of real estate experience in real estate, brokerage operations or agent supportStrong understanding of real estate contracts, compliance processes, and MLS systemsPrior experience in supervising or training staffExcellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and transaction management systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities across multiple locationsCalm and professional under pressureOrganized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up and follow-throughSolutions-focused and proactive in improving systems and processesPassionate about agent successReliable transportation and willing to travel 1-2 days per weekCompany DescriptionRealty One Group Unlimited is a full-service real estate brokerage located in Central Pennsylvania that focuses on hands-on support, collaborative culture, high integrity work and building an environment where agents are empowered to grow and succeed.
