Reasons to Believe (RTB) is an international, outreach-oriented, science apologetics ministry. Our mission is to spread the Christian gospel by demonstrating that sound reason and scientific research—including the very latest discoveries—consistently support, rather than erode, confidence in the truth of the Bible and faith in the personal, transcendent God revealed in both Scripture and nature.
We are seeking a full-time program strategist to work in organization’s program area and be responsible for driving development and cultivation of solutions—from strategy to execution—for all aspects of content production. Responsibilities/Duties:
- Project manage key org-wide initiatives, partnering with Directors, Project Managers, and Leadership teams while driving for scalability, efficiency, and velocity that includes learning and development.
- Identify core performance measurement metrics, benchmarks, and progress indicators to measure effectiveness and efficiency of agency programs.
- Proactively manage expectations of all integrated parties: define clear project roadmaps, provide frequent project updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments to overall project, and ensure commitments are delivered.
- Develop solutions and recommendations to address program performance issues.
- Identify and resolve issues and problems and prepare and present recommendations (written and oral) that contain strategic suggestions for program modifications to optimize program effectiveness.
- Communicate with a variety of audiences in both oral and written formats to collect quantitative and qualitative data and report on tasks and outcomes in a clear, concise manner.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of operations and standards in program evaluation
- Experience designing and implementing quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques and tools
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the programs area personnel, leadership team, and our external constituents
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, via a variety of methods including having the ability to diffuse controversy through accurate, thorough, and meaningful communications
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
