Job Type: Full-time | Salary : $95k-150k Incentive & Ownership Opportunities

What You Bring to the Table:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (Preferred)
• 5-10 years of experience in construction management (Preferred)
• Equivalent related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam

Your Mission:

• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment throughout all phases of the project.
• Lead and facilitate meetings, effectively communicating to drive proactive solutions for project challenges and potential delays.
• Partner closely with steel erectors to ensure materials are detailed, sequenced, fabricated, and delivered to optimize the erection process and improve site efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal QC and manage detailers to produce approval drawing packages that meet Rebellion Fabrication’s standards.
• Maintain meticulous and organized project documentation.
• Prepare monthly payment applications for clients, ensuring positive cash flow on all projects.
• Perform detailed monthly job costing and forecasting and proactively communicate anticipated cost savings or overages to leadership.
• Draft, submit, and manage requests for information (RFIs) to keep projects moving forward.
• Review and approve submittal documents, ensuring timely responses from the design team.
• Develop and manage project schedules, providing updates as needed to meet project milestones.
