Key Responsibilities:
Phone Management – Answer calls, respond to voicemails, and assist patients with scheduling.
Appointment Coordination – Schedule evaluations and follow-ups, maintain a waitlist, and check in patients.
Payment Processing – Collect copays, post payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Document & Insurance Management – Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, upload patient documents, and ensure compliance.
Physician Correspondence – Secure necessary physician signatures, referrals, and MRI reports.
Office Organization & Reporting – Keep the office running smoothly and assist with tracking essential data.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong phone etiquette skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
✅ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
✅ Experience in medical office administration (preferred but not required)
✅ Proficiency in scheduling and insurance verification (training provided)
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
