Job Overview:
The IT Specialist provides technical support and assistance to employees of Reciprocity Industries, LLC, and other contracted organizations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide in-house and remote technical support to our workforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues including hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Maintain and manage access to various systems including email, network drives, and software applications.
- Manage and maintain PBX system including creating and editing flows, DIDs, and user access.
- Manage user access, permissions, and system administration tasks in Windows and Google workspace.
- Document processes, both new and existing, as needed.
- Assist with the implementation of new software applications, hardware, and IT projects.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory records.
- Keep up to date with new and emerging technologies in the IT field.

Light System Administration duties, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with user account management, permissions, and group policy administration
- Assisting with backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Assisting with patch management and software updates.
- Assisting with network monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Other duties as assigned
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.- Experience with network troubleshooting and design.
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect and other PBX systems.
- Experience in hardware inventory management and deployment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and or Bash.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or CCNA are a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; OR relevant work experience
Salary : $60,200 - $76,200
