You’ll be the link between new product development and the production teams. You’ll help us manufacture and pack both new and existing products. You’ll engineer new processes and lead trials. You’ll install new equipment and improve our existing production capability. You’ll ensure our operation is safe, efficient and delivers outstanding results. Every time.

Responsibilities

• First point of call for new projects, status reports and guidance.
• Negotiation with country and category marketing teams over launch formats / volumes / timings to agree achievable launch plans.
• Creates and maintains the timeline for new products and major PCOs.
• Provide accountability action items and follow-up for all project commercialization meetings.
• Identifying the project team, communicating efficiently across management levels and escalating in a professional and timely manner when necessary.
• Facilitation of project planning meetings for all approved projects.
• Monitoring components of activity to ensure project deliverables are met within scope, resource, time, cost and quality.
• Resolving any issues that may arise during the project life cycle and ensuring the agreed deadlines are achieved on time in full.
• Prepare COGs (Cost of Goods) on every product in the approved project for Finance to finalize.
• Responsible for SAP Data Master Set-up on every product in the approved project.
• Monitoring and reporting on business KPIs to ensure speed to market.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Project Management or have held several progressive job assignments that have been cross-function within the organization.
• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain preferred.
• Project Management experience with new product development preferred.
• Stage Gate experience preferred.
• Microsoft Project experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Possess project management skills to cross-functionally lead and assist all disciplines within the company in bringing new products to commercialization successfully.
• Result focus/goal oriented.
• Individual must be highly motivated and creative at solving issues regarding the project
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent working knowledge and skills Microsoft applications particular Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to motivate team members so task dates are completed on time
