Customer Success Manager
Reconnect provides a continuum of care for individuals dealing with addiction, mental health, or who are justice-involved. We operate in over 40 states to help agencies and participants achieve better outcomes. We are looking for folks who have a background in customer success who are strong communicators. You should be comfortable jumping into a fast-moving organization and learning a lot in a short period of time.
Description:
- The primary focus will be to help support criminal justice agencies with training, on-site support, account management, accelerate usage of our platform, and making sure all stakeholders feel supported. This will be done on-site and remotely.
- Additional focus will be to help our customer success team with account management, on-boarding, implementation, and any other related customer success activity nationwide.
- This position will also include sales elements including pursuing referrals and attending conferences.
Requirements:
- Proactive/self-starter. You need to be a quick learner, proactively looking for ways to engage with potential customers.
- Should be comfortable with and excited about technology.
- Travel is a requirement.
- Lives within a 30-mile radius of Portland preferred
Territory: New England & Mid-West
Experience:
- 1-3 years of customer success, sales, support or similar experience
- Experience with CRM programs
- Basic technology experience with cell phones, software, and SAAS products
- Intermediate Excel knowledge is preferred
- Understanding behavioral health and criminal justice markets are a plus.
