Implementation Manager

Job Summary:
Reconnect Inc, a leading software company specializing in probation, parole, and re-entry solutions, is seeking a Maine based Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. An experienced and organized Implementation Manager will lead and coordinate new client implementations of our platform. This role combines elements of project management, client success, and technical onboarding to ensure customers launch smoothly and achieve early success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex software rollouts, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, from kickoff through go-live
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate internal teams (product, engineering, support) to ensure timely delivery of onboarding milestones
• Run regular status meetings with clients and provide clear updates on progress and risks
• Develop documentation and training materials for implementation processes and client education
• Track project health, gather feedback, and continuously improve implementation workflows
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to customer success/account management teams

Qualifications:

• Must live in Maine and be able to commute to Cumberland office.
• 3–5 years of experience in implementation/project management, preferably with a SaaS or enterprise technology company
• Strong organizational and project planning skills, with proven experience managing multiple implementations at once
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skill
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira) and CRM platforms
• Comfort working with technical teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, project management, or related field (PMP certification a plus)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with public sector clients (courts, justice, behavioral health)
• Background in software onboarding, data migration, or workflow configuration
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams and clients across time zones

Important details:

• We are a highly distributed company, employee will need to be able to work effectively from home and be available to travel 25-40% nationwide.

• $80-90,000 annual salary based on experience
