How you make a difference
The Recruiter II is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both non-exempt and exempt positions in a high-volume environment, in accordance with the guidance of TA Leadership. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates that meet the qualifications and requirements of the open positions. The Recruiter II must maintain strong communication and relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages full-cycle recruiting including screening, interviewing, offer formulation, negotiation and closing, and serves as the main point of contact for educational institutions.
- Builds successful relationships with hiring managers to effectively assist in developing recruiting strategies and identifies top talent using research methods and tools.
- Structures and negotiates offers with successful candidates, compensation and local human resources teams, conducts closing interviews, and administers benefits information.
- Manages high-volume search workload via direct sourcing, referrals, agency relationships, and ongoing pipelining.
- Maintains up-to-date record keeping in ATS, promotes diversity and internal referrals, and performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience
- Four (4) to Seven (7) years of experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training,
- Experience with MS Office is required.
- Previous healthcare, corrections and or agency recruiting experience, a plus.
