Known for managing some of the most recognized publications across North America, they connect millions of buyers and sellers through a full range of targeted print, online, and mobile services.
As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Client Success Representative to join their in-office team in Austin, TX. This is a high-impact, hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote) focused on client retention, relationship building, and account growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients succeed, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.
What YOU get to DO at this growing company:
- Own client retention and renewal goals by monitoring account health and reducing churn.
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend services aligned with client objectives.
- Build lasting client relationships through ongoing strategic support and communication.
- Support onboarding of new clients into marketing platforms and tools.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication across phone, email, and text.
- Organize advertising materials and coordinate with the Production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Resolve service-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Production to deliver a seamless client experience.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- Experience in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Support preferred.
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
- Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Empathy, professionalism, and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail and follow-through.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
- A track record of exceeding client satisfaction, retention, or engagement metrics is a strong plus.
