A leading construction company is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable to join their team. The Accounts Payable will assist the Inside Sales team with daily administration, ensuring accurate ticket corrections, billing, and invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, forms, and correspondence, adjusting inventories for billing.
- Process daily corrections and billing for cash reconciliations, credits, and rebills.
- Run reports for invoicing accuracy.
- Index records and prepare weekly invoices and monthly statements.
- Proofread all work for accuracy.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, construction industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical skills, accurate data entry, and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Understanding of accounting concepts (P&Ls, balance sheets).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
