Position Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of tasks under close supervision of higher-level employees.
- Following instructions based on work instructions, scan guns, and reports.
- Read work instructions to sub-assemble automotive components/parts.
- Pays close attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly of components and parts.
- Pay close attention to accurately scan and counts of material parts.
- Scans parts and place them into tubs according to customer requirements.
- Some assembly is required.
- Use of small, powered hand tools is required.
- May be trained to assist with stocking or kitting.
- Performs general audit, count, build, repack, tagging, etc.
- Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee.
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
- Comply with company policies and guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- Clean up work station to include sweeping, trash pick up and put equipment back to it’s place.
- Performs any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions.
- Ability to count accurately.
- Ability to work in a variety of roles.
- Ability to work with others as a team player.
- Ability to work full time and full shifts with extra hours & weekends as required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
