The position is responsible for providing the best possible service of food and beverage to all Guests by providing timely and courteous food and beverage service.
- Completes all assigned side work prior to the beginning and ending of shift. Perform all cleaning assignments as assigned.
- Can sell and upsell all menus and have a strong knowledge about those items, including ingredients and preparation techniques.
- Knowledgeable about entire property, including all scheduled activities, group functions, food and beverage outlets, entertainment, and hours of operation of all activities, events, and outlets.
