Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential and current patients, creating meaningful connections and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Whether answering questions, scheduling appointments, or discussing our innovative weight loss and med spa services, you’ll play a vital role in guiding patients through their health and wellness journeys.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails, and texts with professionalism and a patient-focused mindset.
- Schedule, modify, confirm, and cancel appointments with precision.
- Provide education about Red Mountain’s programs, services, and products tailored to each patient’s goals.
- Deliver exceptional service while fostering positive, ongoing patient relationships.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions in our CRM system.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the patient experience.
Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time position with 35-40 hours per week.
- Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm; Saturday, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm.
- 8-hour shifts, including mandatory Saturday shifts.
- Pay: $17.50-$25 per hour, based on experience.
Skills and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in multitasking and handling patient interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy-driven, warm, and engaging communication style.
