What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Red O La Jolla?

We are hiring barbacks ready to provide an excellent customer experience
alongside our Red O Fashion Island team.
Responsibilities
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Ensure bar is always well-stocked, neat and clean.
Provide excellent customer service.
Keep guest surfaces clean and sanitized.
Clean, sanitize, and polish glassware, cutlery and dishes.
Wipe up spills, remove glassware and organize the counter.
Handle emergency situations to ensure guest and employee safety.
Inspect taps and appliances; make minor repairs as necessary.
Maintain coolers and storage areas, empty trash receptacles throughout
service.
Process incoming liquor and beer shipments.
Operate POS System.
Experience
Must have Food Handler and RBS cards.
Experience in a fast-paced, high volume, elevated dining establishment.
Have a positive attitude and ability to work well with others under pressure.
Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
