Role Description
This is a full-time role for an LTC Pharmacist at Red River Pharmacy. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, conducting medication therapy management, collaborating with healthcare providers, and providing clinical support and guidance to long-term care facilities.
Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical Dispensing, Medication Therapy Management, and Clinical Support skills
- Experience in collaborating with healthcare providers and long-term care facilities
- Knowledge of regulations and guidelines related to long-term care pharmacy practice
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Pharmacist license in Arkansas
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
