What do Red Rocks Credit Union's Branch Service Advocates do?
- Work as a financial guide for our members by being their first point of contact in the branch. Listen carefully to their needs, handling their transactions accurately and confidently, and partnering with them for their financial future.
- Learn the basics of financial wellness and credit and assists members with opening the right deposit products for them and referring for loan products.
- Comply with all policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of the member
- Operate a teller drawer while adhering to all cash-handling policies, dual control procedures, and operational standards. Provide balance information and transfers. Handle complaints and disputes per established policies and procedures. Keep wait times to a minimum.
- Answer questions and share knowledge about Red Rocks Credit Union's products and services. Make referrals for loan applications and ensure members' needs are met.
- Provide our members with exceptional service and experience throughout interactions.
- Engage in and identify educational and cross-selling opportunities to help our members in "Whatever Step of Their Journey They are On".

- This position is entry level. If you have experience is in financial services - even better, but it's not required.
- Requires a high school education or GED.
- Must be available to work at branch Monday-Friday and Saturdays.
