Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service!
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Assist guests with any issues or complaints they may have during their stay
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Answer phone calls and make reservations
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk, guest services, or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with hotel operations and night audit procedures is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
