Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that all areas are kept clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and guests.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable for use.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness in residential settings.
- Provide custodial services in commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in hotel cleaning operations, preparing rooms for new guests while adhering to established protocols.
- Respond to customer service requests promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or special requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in both residential and commercial settings.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require extra care or attention.
- Proven customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cooking or food preparation is a plus for roles involving kitchen cleaning duties.
