Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee the execution of all new customer projects across multiple sites, serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. This role is crucial in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence from project initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of new customer projects, coordinating with involved personnel and departments.
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with customers as their primary point of contact.
- Plan for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and establish product structure.
- Define and coordinate purchasing requirements, logistics, and quality assurance standards.
- Create and track detailed project timelines and GANTT charts, focusing on milestones like equipment installation.
- Undertake special projects assigned by the sales department, including profitability analysis and customer account support.
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum two years of direct experience in project management or senior customer service capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Project.
- Able to travel to the United States as business needs require.
Desirable Traits:
