This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, technical acumen, and a customer-centric mindset. You’ll work closely with account managers, directors, and our managing partners to handle key operational tasks for a Fortune 500 company.
This position requires working onsite at client and corporate offices in the Bellevue area three days per week.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist senior Account Managers and Directors with operational tasks to improve efficiency and support business growth.
- Help onboard new consultants, ensuring they have the necessary accounts, equipment, and resource access.
- Maintain account health by executing tasks such as scheduling group meetings, onboarding integration, and organizing consultant engagement events.
- Track down and compile key data from various systems and applications.
- Monitor email threads to extract important feedback and candidate details.
- Organize and maintain project-based data for better visibility and decision-making.
- Establish and maintain regular communication touchpoints with consultants to ensure a positive experience.
- Track and analyze account activity to identify growth opportunities and surface insights to senior team members.
- Assist in coordinating special projects, including internal events and initiatives to enhance team collaboration.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, technical support, business operations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT, consulting, or a technical account management role is a huge plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience sourcing and managing information across multiple applications.
- Ability to analyze account data and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to travel between offices as needed.
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and ready to adapt to changes quickly.
