About Us
Established in 2003, Reddy Care Physical Therapy has been featured on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing companies in the country for the past four years and counting. Our physical therapist owned private practice has seen tremendous growth in the past year in lieu of the pandemic. We were able to achieve this by offering a hybrid business model with clinics and outpatient home therapy, which was established in 2010. In addition to our outpatient home therapy model we have recently acquired a clinic in Woodbury, NY and opening a new 3,500 sq ft location in Bayside, Queens. Our strategy is to utilize this model to expand our footprint in the tri-state area, keeping in mind the future growth trajectory of Physical and Occupational Therapy. With this growth comes new opportunities for employees. Our expert team of therapists and administrative staff have been a large reason for our growth. Our goal is to provide our staff members stability, safety, and progressive learning environment. For example, we have promoted several therapists in the past months to new clinical director/lead/development roles.
These roles include: Lead Home Care Director, Lead Clinical Education Director and Lead Clinical Documentation and Compliance Director. These team members are dedicated to ensuring that our clinical staff have a constant lead staff member that can be available at all times to support all aspects of their clinical experience.
If you would like to be a part of a growing company, which offers stability, a waiting list of patients in need and opportunities to develop and succeed.
Our vision is to continue to establish outpatient facilities, in-home therapy and the highest level of clinical decision making for our patients.
