• Deliver product trainings and culinary demos for chefs, restaurant groups, distributors, and partners.

• Collaborate with the global culinary team to localize recipes and develop usage applications that suit U.S. market preferences.

• Support the sales pipeline by helping identify new leads, convert tastings into deals, and expand product usage within accounts.

• Manage onboarding and customer success, ensuring repeat orders and satisfaction.

• Represent Redefine Meat at food trade shows, industry events, and culinary activations.

• Maintain accurate tracking of activity and results in the CRM system

• Provide field feedback to R&D and Product teams to improve product performance and relevance.

• Manage kitchen setup and logistics for tastings, samplings, and internal events.

Requirements

• 5 years of culinary experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or high-end foodservice.

• 1–2 years of experience in foodservice sales, account management, distributor support, or customer success in the food industry

• Strong presentation and communication skills—comfortable in front of chefs, clients, and partners.

• Passion for plant-based cuisine, food innovation, and sustainability.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

• Hands-on, adaptable, resourceful, and self-driven.

• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally nationally for culinary activations (25-50% of the time).

• Valid driver's license.

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
