Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to join our team on-site in Baltimore, MD. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients throughout their home buying and selling journeys, providing market expertise, conducting property showings, and crafting competitive offers. You will guide clients through negotiations, support them through each step of the process, and ensure they have exceptional experiences with Redfin. Strong collaboration with the broader Redfin team is essential, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.
