What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Worker position at Redlands Community Hospital - EMERGENCY SERVICES?
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, this position is a caregiver who works with the multidisciplinary team to assist patients via therapeutic use of self, the environment and/or instrumentation.
Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Current BLS certification required.
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant certification preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- MAB certificate required within 3 months of hire into position.
- Recent related behavioral medicine clinical experience (within the past four years) preferred.
