What are the responsibilities and job description for the Central Plant Engineer position at Redlands Community Hospital - PLANT MAINTENANCE?
Reporting to the Director of Engineering this position serves as a lead by performing maintenance service or repairs in one or more skill areas, including operation and maintenance of steam boilers, air compressors, medical gas systems, medical vacuum systems, generators, and all ancillary equipment .

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 5 years of related work experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Current California driver’s license required. To drive a company vehicle must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years and have a clean driving record per RCH insurance carrier.
- 500 Horsepower City of Los Angeles Steam License preferred at hire; required within one year of employment if employee has 2 years of prior experience in power plant/boiler room or required within three years with no power plant/boiler room experience.
