Redline Excavating is a locally owned and operated business specializing in excavation, grading, site preparation, and utility installation. We’re seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order office supplies and help coordinate equipment maintenance if needed
- Assist office staff with entering of vendor invoices, confirming driver paperwork, creating bid forms in excel, downloading, printing and creating bid files for potential new projects.
- Filing of payables/receivables
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the field crew and office team
- Misc. office duties as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or office experience (construction or trade industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks (or similar software)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Must be dependable and punctual
Schedule:
- Part-time, Monday-Friday (hours can be discussed during interview, but we are thinking something like a 9a-1p or 10a-2p)
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
