We are currently looking to add Resident Assistants to our Assisted Living staff in Huntsville, Alabama.
About the Opportunity
Resident Assistants provide compassionate care to patients with daily living tasks, under the supervision of a nurse.
Responsibilities and Expectations
The following responsibilities have been incorporated into this position. This list is not necessarily all-inclusive and other special tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
- To provide assistance with resident programming daily, whether it be gathering residents for a Lifestyle Program, providing a daily activity with a group of residents, providing one on one activities for those residents that would benefit from individual time and assisting a Lifestyle Director or Assistant Lifestyle Director with a program or activity.
Educational Requirements, Experience and Competencies
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
