Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility assistance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
- Proficient in basic life support techniques.
- Experience with memory care and behavioral health is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices.
- Ability to administer injections safely and effectively.
- Experience in a medical office or travel nursing is a plus.
